Almost the entire state of West Bengal prayed for this sweet girl. Tollywood stars like Prosenjit Chatterjee, Rituparna Sengupta, and Rachna Banerjee are also included.

But there was no last line of defence. Aindrila Sharma passed away at 12.59 a.m. on November 20. That memory is still fresh in the minds of many people. Many have described Aindrila Sharma's struggle as a salute.

This epic series premiered on September 23, 2019. In which Aindrila Sharma played the role of Jahnabi Chatterjee. Initially, Joy Mukherjee was seen as an actor opposite her.

But during the shooting, there was a disturbance. Joy Mukherjee was accused of beating up Aindrila Sharma.

Joy Mukherjee was dropped from the Jiyon Kathi serial due to trouble. Instead of him, Somraj Maity is seen opposite Aindrila Sharma.

Jiyon Kathi mega-serial ends on April 18, 2021. On December 5, 2022, a couple of weeks after the death of Aindrila Sharma, this serial will be seen again in Sun Bangla.
